Located directly on the ocean, this 14 story mid-town high rise octagon shaped building with central air offers outdoor and kiddie pools, a sauna and 3 elevators. Wind through the dunes to the pristine beach or enjoy the beach or bay view from your balcony. Of course itï¿½s close to shopping and restaurants with Northside Park or the modern library nearby. The summertime registration fee is paid directly at the building. Parking for one car.
