Building Description

This downtown, fully air conditioned bayside villa complex offers ground floor units with plenty of outdoor seating around the pool or second story units with a balcony also enjoying the outdoor pool privileges. Only five blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Parking space for one car. Also has an outside shower. Close to Jolly Roger for the amusements and the water parks. Bikes available at the end of the boardwalk for your morning ride. Convenient to all that Ocean City has to offer.

Absolutely had everything we needed as a family of 4. Very much enjoyed the stay. If I was going to back to Maryland, I would definitely use shoreline properties again.

We would have two vehicles. Where is parking for the second vehicle?

Answer:

Ocean City has free street parking on almost every street. It is first-come, first-serve. There is also a municipal lot on 100th Street.

The bathroom is not in the room? Is it a shared bathroom. Also I have a guest that is 23 years old and I'm not a guardian. He is a co worker. Will that be an issue?

Yes, there is one shared bathroom in the hallway. Regarding your guest, we would have to speak to the owner. Generally all group rentals (including groups of two) are for people at least 25.

Is there a washer/dryer in the unit?

Hi I wanna rent this place but we have small birds on a cage and wanna now if is possible you let us take it with us their will be on the cage all the time and we will keep clean around the cage all the time
