Irene 1602 is a homey beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Irene 1602 is one of Ocean City's most popular vacation rentals. The living room is furnished with a peach, leather couch and a floral chair. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the pristine, fully stocked kitchen with a wide countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size beds with Pyramid BB and a TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Sun deck located just behind the dune with the outside shower and outside foot shower nearby. Two elevators and one car parking. Security guard on duty. Building registration fee. Gold Coast Mall and Fox White Marlin Theatres just across the street. Marvelous restaurants and fun outdoor water activities all over town.

Apartment was clean with a nice ocean view. There is a lot of renovation work going on in the building but it didn’t affect us too much. Had to pay $40 for parking which wasn’t aware of, considering had already paid double the rental price in “fees” to the agency. Personally prefer going with private owners. But overall an enjoyable stay!
