Ocean Beach D-2 is a cozy beachfront condominium. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. The close-knit living room is furnished with a comfy couch, a cute chair, and a television. The couch doubles as a double sleep sofa. The surplus of windows allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people, so it's perfect for a small, young family!

Unit D-2 has the following amenities: two air conditioning units, one parking space, one TV, one DVD player, seasonal WiFi, cable TV, ceiling fans, coin-operated laundry room, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, and an outdoor foot shower.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

The sparkling ocean, pristine beach and boardwalk are right out the front door when you stay at Ocean Beach in the lower end of town. Watch for dolphins and the passing tour boats from the direct ocean front balcony. Pedal or take the boardwalk train down to the amusements. There�s unit air, an outside shower and 1 parking space. Enjoy the many dining options right on the boardwalk or nearby on the bayside. Mini golf, fishing or water sports are all conveniently close.

Great place right on the ocean!
Our 3 day stay right on the boardwalk was wonderful! The place is a little small with only two twin beds and a pull out couch, but our family made it work for a few days. The kitchen are was great and parking is also very convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

This property was the perfect location. A little small but we worked it out. The deck was the best. Sat out there most of the time with constant shade. Had a new air conditioner replaced within hours from Shoreline Property.

We had a great time! The property was exactly how I expected,very cleaned and well arranged. The check-In process went easily and I had all the important information needed.

Ocean Beach D-2 does not provide beach chairs or toys. 

Does this unit have a back door? Where is coin operated laundry located?

Ocean Beach D-2 does not have a back door. The coin-operated laundry room is located at the beach of the building. A key will be provided for you.
