Decatur House 201 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in a boardwalk condominium.

This side unit has a furnished balcony with a side view of the ocean and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. This property is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days or a week! This condo features a living room with a balcony, a full kitchen, one queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen-sleep sofa in the living area and also a twin bed to accommodate your family of up to 5. Located on the second floor with an elevator so take the steps or elevator to access the boardwalk, beach or your indoor pool. The Decatur House is a wonderful building to vacation with private indoor pool, elevator, private parking, and located just steps from restaurants, stores, entertainment, and all that downtown Ocean City has to offer.

Condo Amenities: One flatscreen TVs with cable, 2 AC units, heat, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and dishwasher.
Building amenities: an indoor pool, outdoor foot shower, elevator, one assigned parking space along with one overflow parking space on a first come, first serve basis.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25

Perfect home right on the ocean!

My family and I completely loved our stay. The condo is just beautiful with a lot of really charming touches. Great, comfortable beds! The balcony is great with a lovely view of the ocean and boardwalk. I also appreciated that it is an end unit (not wedged between other units), and gets a breeze from both the ocean and from the west. One minute walk to the beach! If you are looking for an experience directly on the downtown boardwalk, but also a comfortable, tasteful, beautifully decorated home, this is it. We will be back.

Great place for kids

Really easy to go down the stairs and be right on the beach. We didn't use the fold out sofa since we have two kids and one used the day bed and the other just on the sofa. Balcony is great day and night. Interesting to see the activities happening on the boards and on 12th street too. Beach and indoor pool great. I recommend Julia's pastry and Pizza Boy pizza a block away on 11th. Fractured Prune donuts just two blocks up on 14th. The inside is really relaxing and has a good energy. My husband took the kids to the rides one night and I was happy to just relax inside and have the place to myself. Better than your typical rental unit since there's a lot of personality.

Five Stars

The location of this place is perfect and it is probably the easiest unit in the building to get to, especially if you have mobility issues or want to run to the beach in seconds. So great to be right on the boards and all the action. We had the sliding doors and windows open to smell the salt water and ocean breeze. There was a great storm when we were there too and we had wine on the balcony and watched it over the ocean. The decoration inside is amazing, but everything is really easy and comfortable. The only matter I can think of is that we heard the trash truck around 5am one morning, but it was brief and hey we're in OC with its share of noise. But the windows look like they're double paned and do a great job blocking out the motorcycles up Baltimore Ave, so we were happy about that. We've been renting in OC for going on 15 years now and this place is my favorite.

This is such a cool place. The inside is great and the location is fantastic. We love being in downtown OC right on the boards and walking to everything. The location is right in the heart of it all. The kids really loved the indoor pool too when the weather was bad but the beach is seconds away too. Comfortable beds. Great building.

Fantastic Stay!

My husband and I loved everything about #201. He suffers from arthritis, so having our place right on the second floor really helped when we didn't want to wait for the elevator. The home is so comfortable and uniquely decorated inside. It was a wonderful place to return to after our long walks on the boardwalk. The view from the corner balcony is lovely too, and it's nice to have views to both the ocean and the west towards the bay. We can't wait to come back and hope it's still available.
