Dune House 14 is a beachfront townhouse. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom town home has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a matching chair, a deep blue arm chair, and a television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Also there is the first bathroom on this floor. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Unit 14 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, three TVs, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

Fabulous Location, great view, great beach, and wonderful neighbors.
Three generations thoroughly enjoyed this townhouse on the beach. It was a long way from the Boardwalk, but that suited us with little kids, we enjoyed the beach and the Ocean City Park near by. The items are a bit dated, but it was very comfortable and clean. And everything worked. Appreciated having the washer and dryer right there. Would go back again.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I had all of the materials I need, the place was beautiful, and the visit went smoothly and promptly. The property was exactly how I expected, and I am excited to return the  upcoming.

Answer:

Hello Pat, Dune House #14 is a three-story townhouse. There is a bedroom on the same level as the living room and the kitchen. The other two bedrooms are on the floor above the living room.
