The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a Smart TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Building Description

So much vacation fun awaits you at the uptown ocean front Quay. This high rise with central air, which is placed perpendicular to the beach, has a comfortable balcony to enjoy the partial ocean or bay view from the north or south sides of the building. Units on the east side offer sea, sky and beach views. The outdoor pool, sun deck and outside foot shower are located just behind the dune line. Ping pong, billiards and the sauna are located on the second floor. Additional amenities include 3 elevators, the game room, indoor year round pool, tennis and parking for one car. This building features inside corridors, gift shop and a 24 hour security system. Great restaurants, exciting water sports, the mall and the movies are all conveniently close along with the state of the art library.

Easy access to the beach. Upon arrival, the security guard at the desk wasn't very friendly. When asked questions, he just ignored me or was rude. Didn't get his name. The bath tub needs some sort of bath mat or grips. Slipped when showering. Other than that, it was a really great place to stay.

Overall our family had a nice long weekend at this property. The views and pool were nice. The condo was as expected, if a little basic. The kitchen was stocked with miscellaneous glassware and flatware, and the pots, pans, and baking sheets could use a little update. The AC in the master bedroom worked but it didn’t cool it down as much as we liked even with the ceiling fan on. The check in process went smoothly other than the unit not being ready in when we arrived. The cleaner was still vacuuming the unit when we walked in.

Is there parking available nearby for a second vehicle?

Ocean City, MD has free first-come, first-serve street parking on almost every street. Depending on availability, you may be able to purchase a second parking space directly from the Quay. Thank you for your inquiry!
