Sunset Island 17 is a luxury bayside townhouse located in a gated community. This five-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom townhome has a furnished balconies and a porch. This house is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 17 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

Classy and beach-themed, this house is the perfect place to host a family reunion. The living room is furnished with matching steel gray couches and arm chairs and a flat screen TV. The windows allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Next to the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen with a island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Past the kitchen is a large dining area with an extra sitting area and a flat screen TV. 

Upstairs, you'll find most of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The master bathroom features a standing shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has queen-size bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and a trundle. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. 

The top floor is the loft, which is where you'll find the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has two bunk beds and a TV. There is also a full bathroom on the loft floor. The ground floor houses the den and a half-bathroom. The den doubles as the fifth bedroom and has a twin bed and TV. This property comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, so bring the whole family!

 

House Amenities: central air conditioning, seven TVs, free WiFi (April-November), cable TV (April-November), 2 DVD players, 1 BlueRay player, ceiling fans, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and three parking spaces

Community Amenities: outdoor pool, indoor pool, kiddie pool, private beaches, island cafe, interactive fountain, fishing/crabbing pier, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, and an outdoor foot shower. Six facility passes provided. Additional passes are $75 each at the Sunset Island clubhouse.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 25.
