Sunset Island 5-E is a modern bayside condominium located in a gated community. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a balcony overlooking the picturesque harbor. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Sunset Island 5-E is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The bright, colorful living room is furnished with comfortable couches, a fireplace, and a television with HBO + other premium channels. The larger sofa doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa also. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, television, a private bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The second full size bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Condo Amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, four TVs with cable and HBO, two DVD players, free WiFi, ceiling fans, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, dishwasher and disposal, and dishwasher.

Sunset Island Amenities: indoor and outdoor pools kiddie pool, private beaches, sun deck, island cafe, interactive fountain, gym/fitness center, walking trail, security guards, and an outdoor foot shower. Six facility passes are included with your reservation, additional passes are $70 each and can be purchased at the Sunset Island clubhouse.

Gorgeous gated community....awesome pool and beach area, plus small beach on the bay right next to this unit...awesome views....grandchildren loved all the décor especially the dolphin table

The check-In process went smoothly,quickly and I had all the necessary information needed. The property was exactly how I expected, very cleaned and good repaired. We are willing to come back the following year.

The photos of the condo were very accurate and the condo is located in a beautiful community, with access to a pool and beach on the bay side. The location is great. It has many restaurants around and even has a supermarket a couple blocks away for groceries. My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here.
