The comfortable living room has new furnishings with a mounted flat screen television. The sofa doubles as a queen-size sleeper for additional guests. Step out on the furnished balcony to enjoy the salt air and views of the beach. Next to the living room is the kitchen with a raised granite counter top/island with three pub chairs. The kitchen/dining table can seat up to four people. The roomy master bedroom has a queen-size bed, mounted flat screen television, and a private full-size bathroom. The second bedroom has a full/double bed and the second bathroom with a shower stall is located nearby in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Amenities: central air conditioning/heat, one assigned parking space, two televisions, one DVD player, cable TV, free WiFi, ceiling fans, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, dishwasher, and disposal. The building amenities are an oceanfront outdoor pool, outside foot shower, and a coin-operated laundry room.
