Get Spooky in Ocean City!

Happy Halloween, everyone! We here at Shoreline Properties love Halloween and all the fun, spooky activities there are in Ocean City! From mazes to races to parties, there is so much to do to make your Ocean City Halloween a memorable one!

On October 28th, head down to North Division Street & Boardwalk for the Great Pumpkin Race! Unlike Linus’ Great Pumpkin, these pumpkin cars are real! That’s right! Build your own pumpkin-style race car for the craziest race of the year! Prizes will be awarded in each division, including creativity! It’s not too late to get started. Find the full list of rules at specialeventpro.com! Registration is at noon on the day of the race and the fun starts at 1pm! Not up for racing? That’s okay! There’s plenty of room to watch all the excitement go down at the Great Pumpkin Race!

Looking for a spookier activity? Check out the O.C.toberfest Beach Maze on the North Division Street beach! Find your way out of a scary maze filled with witches, zombies, ghouls, and more! It’s a fun scare for the whole family! The maze is open October 28th and 29th from 10am to 5pm and it’s absolutely free! It’s a real fright!

Does your family have a variety of spooky interests? Then come to the Halloween Spook-Out Party! Northside Park (125th Street) will be filled with tons of ghoulish activities from carnival games, crafts, costume contests, hayrides, snacks, and more! The price of admission? Only one bag of unopened candy per child! The event takes place on October 29th between 1 and 3pm. Bring the kids and spook out!

Looking for a spooky night out on the town? Look no farther than Seacrets’ annual Spooktacular Halloween party and costume contest! On October 28th, take your friends on a night out for drinks and dancing, letting loose your inner wild child! Dress up in crazy costumes and you might just win a trip for two to Jamaica! Rock out to live bands and dance your spooky heart out! Admission for locals is free. The party lasts all night long!

What holiday celebration is complete without fireworks? To see some real spooky lights in the sky, head on down to North Division Street at 7pm on October 28th! Admission is totally free!

No matter what you choose to do this Halloween, we here at Shoreline wish you a safe and happy holiday!

The Fun Never Ends in Ocean City!

It’s never too late to make a weekend getaway here in Ocean City! No matter the time of year, there’s always plenty to do! Get into the holiday spirit with any of Ocean City’s big 5k run/walks: American Cancer Society Strides Against Breast Cancer, Seaside 10 Miler/5k Run Halloween Bash, or Storm Warriors 5k Run/Walk! Live like high society at the 2017 Hal Glick Award Gala on November 12th or get together with the community for lunch at the Atlantic United Methodist Church 39th Annual Christmas Bazaar & Luncheon on November 10th and 11th! There’s something to do, no matter what your interests are!

If you want to get involved in charity and are up for a little exercise, take part in one of our 5k run/walks. On October 21st, help raise money to fight breast cancer with the American Cancer Society. Head down to the Inlet for the 7:30am registration and choose whether you want to join the 9am run or the 9:15 walk. Either way, it’s for a great cause! If you can’t make that run/walk, don’t worry! On November 11th, join the Storm Warriors 5k Run/Walk that benefits the Ocean City Life Saving Station Museum. Registration is a 8am at the Inlet and the race starts at 9am. Don’t miss it!

We’ve also got a great 5k for for the spooky among you! Take part in the Seaside 10 Miler/5k Run Halloween Bash. No registration is required; just be ready to take off from the Inlet at 9am sharp!

Need an excuse to dress up and be fancy? Join us at 5pm on November 12th at the Clarion Fontainbleau for the 2017 Hal Glick Award Gala. Help us honor Reese Cropper III at the event of the year. Sponsorships, table purchases, and seats are available at oceancity.org.

Would you prefer a more laid-back event? Head over to the Atlantic United Methodist Church on November 10-11 for their 39th Annual Christmas Bazaar & Luncheon. All proceeds benefit AUMC missions. Or you can go to the Clarion Hotel on November 5th at 6:30pm and experience a wonderful performance by Six 13, a Jewish a capella group.
