Coming up in June, we have a lot of fun events and activities in Ocean City! Shoreline Properties wants to help you plan your vacation accordingly so you can enjoy all we have to offer! Our most anticipated events are the OC Air Show and the Firemen’s Convention. Here are all the exciting events we have this month:

June 5-7: Mako Mania- Bahia Marina, 21st & 22nd Streets

Ocean City Beach and Boardwalk is open

Shoreline Properties is happy to say that the Summer of 2020 rental season is finally back. We are open for business but still practicing social distancing and use of PPE (Personal
Protection Equipment). The beach is open for guests to enjoy the sun and waves. Restaurants continue to be open for carryout.
We continue to monitor the situation and will continue to update our guests with the latest reopening news and legislation.
We are excited our customers can once again join us here in Ocean City. And look forward to the rentals season ahead of us. We hope to hear from you soon to make a rental for the coming months. Are you ready for summer

Hello Vacationers, Friends, and Family,
Shoreline Properties hopes all is well with you and your loved ones. Slowly but surely the warm weather and sunshine are returning to us here at the beach. Similarly, the horizon of the current COVID-19 situation also is slowly beginning to have a shimmering hope.

Governor Hogan released a “Roadmap to Recovery” on April 24 th outlining a plan to slowly reopen the state of Maryland. Essentially it is a 3 Step plan cautiously reopening businesses after certain criteria is met. The full plan can be found here:

The first step calls for the lifting of the “Stay at Home” order and the allowance of people to participate in outdoor activities. And what better activity to enjoy than having some fun in the sun on the beach.
We have contacted our cleaners to make sure units are cleaned to CDC standards before the arrival of any guest. They have been instructed on proper cleaning guidelines and proper cleaning supplies to use in order to make the guest feel safe.

Though no concrete time table has come out for this reopening we are hoping for it to be in Mid-to-Late May and tentatively have set to re-open May 22’nd , 2020. Us here at Shoreline Properties will be counting down the days until the beach reopens so we can see our wonderful customers enjoy their time at the beach. We will continue to be here answering your calls and emails of questions you may have and be here to update you on Ocean City reopening. So please do not hesitate to contact us.
