Shoreline Properties is happy to say that the Summer of 2020 rental season is finally back. We are open for business but still practicing social distancing and use of PPE (Personal
Protection Equipment). The beach is open for guests to enjoy the sun and waves. Restaurants continue to be open for carryout.
We continue to monitor the situation and will continue to update our guests with the latest reopening news and legislation.
We are excited our customers can once again join us here in Ocean City. And look forward to the rentals season ahead of us. We hope to hear from you soon to make a rental for the coming months. We remain diligent in following all the current events locally, state, and nationally wide in order to stay up to date and prepare a plan to serve our customers and owners in the most proper manner.
Here at the beach, as we see the weather turn sunny and warmer every day, we hope that our daily lives are following the same trend and soon people will be able to safely return to visit us at the beach and enjoy family fun in the sand and sun. We remain positive and remember the old proverb

In order to combat the risk of COVID-19, Shoreline Properties has taken steps to ensure the safety of our workers and guest. Governor Hogan has called for the closure of all non-essential businesses but that does not mean we are not here for you. Our Staff is operating from home, answering phone calls and emails to ensure that customer service is still our number one priority.
