Quay 903 is a beachfront high rise condominium located in uptown. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with views of the ocean and bay. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

This spacious, open living room area has an entertainment unit with a large flat-screen smart television. The wrap-around sectional sofa offers plenty of seating for everyone.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with additional seating around. You can comfortably enjoy a nice meal with the family at a dining room table that comfortably fits 6 people. The first bedroom includes a king size bed with an in-suite bathroom. The second bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 and includes a twin over full bed and an additional twin bed. The living room L section includes a queen sleep sofa. Both bedrooms include flat screen TVs.

This unit comfortably sleeps 8 people.

Building registration fee due upon arrival; extra car parking available with a reservation for a fee and must reserve in advance.

Building Description

This high rise with central air, which is placed perpendicular to the beach, has a comfortable balcony to enjoy the partial ocean or bay view from the north or south sides of the building. Units on the east side offer sea, sky and beach views. The outdoor pool, sun deck and outside foot shower are located just behind the dune line. Ping pong, billiards and the sauna are located on the second floor. Additional amenities include 3 elevators, the game room, indoor year round pool, tennis and parking for one car.
