Important Information about your arrival:
Arrival Information
- Check-in: at 3:00 PM
- Check-in Location: Shoreline Properties or Units with E-Locks will be at the Unit
- In some cases cleaners may occupy the unit until 6 Pm due to time constraints.
A welcome bag will be provided to you upon your arrival at the unit. Parking passes, Pool passes, other necessary passes will be in the unit upon your arrival.
No additional passes are available.
Please leave all passes in the unit at the time of your departure.
What to Bring
- Toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.)
- Beach chair & umbrella or you can also rent them at nearby beach stands on the beach
- Optional: Linens and towels will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own pillows, linens, towels ect.
- Cleaning Supplies
Note: Units are cleaned before arrival only (not during your stay).
Linens & Towels
- Will be delivered by 6 PM
- $75 fee if towels are misused (e.g., for cleaning kitchen or floors)
Payments
- All balances due 30 days before arrival
- No payments accepted at check-in
- Credit card fees apply (3%)
Upon Arrival
- Report issues within 1 (one) hour of arrival to Shoreline Properties at (410) 524-6688
- Non-emergency concerns after 8 PM will be handled the next day
Rules & Policies
- No pets, No smoking (this includes vaping of any kind)
- Violations may result in eviction and penalties
- Some buildings may have extra rules, fees, or registration requirement (we cannot control that in any way)
- Pool/amenity access is controlled by the building
