Yes, dogs are welcome at pet friendly approved accommodations only. See for a notice of pet friendly unit. For this unit there will an additional pet fee charged to the reservation.

Yes! All of our units come with professional, clean linens and a fresh set of towels for the number of guests staying in your unit. Our team will conveniently drop the linens off in a bag for you, and guests will need to make their own beds upon arrival and strip the beds at the end of the stay. We find this gives our guests the flexibility to settle in on their own schedule, and it's just one more way we make sure your stay is comfortable and hassle-free! 

 Yes we do accept E-check payment for reservation 40 day in advance. 

We have an office located at 6808 Coastal Hwy, where you can pick up your keys, parking passes, and any other items needed for your stay. Most of our units feature an E-lock for easy, convenient access, so in many cases you won't even need to stop by. In some instances, however, we may ask you to visit the office to provide a driver's license as proof of identification for the guest staying in the unit. 

All condos are professionally cleaned before the next guest's arrival, but since the time between check-out and check-in is short, we ask that guests leave the unit in tidy condition. This includes putting clean dishes away, taking out the trash from all rooms, and removing all used sheets, towels, and pillowcases and placing them in the blue bag provided at arrival. These small tasks help us maintain the cleanliness and quality of the unit for the next guest. Please note that failure to complete these steps will result in an additional $500.00 cleaning fee charged to the guest. 

Most units come with a stocked kitchen, pillows, blankets, and sheets and towels, but you're welcome to bring along any additional items you'd like for your comfort.

Please note that units are cleaned only once, prior to your arrival, so we recommend bringing a few extras to keep things comfortable during your stay. Helpful items to pack include:

• Cleaning supplies (sponges, dish soap, surface cleaner)
• Paper products (paper towels, extra toilet paper, tissues)
• Beach towels and a beach bag
• Sunscreen and after-sun lotion
• A beach umbrella or sun shade
• Beach chairs
• Flip-flops or water shoes
• A reusable water bottle
• Snacks and a cooler for the beach

With a little planning, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing, sand-free transition between the beach and your unit!
