Yes, dogs are welcome at pet friendly approved accommodations only. See for a notice of pet friendly unit. For this unit there will an additional pet fee charged to the reservation.
Yes all our units provide professional clean linens and set of towels for the number of guest staying in the unit.
Yes we do accept E-check payment for reservation 40day in advance.
We have an office located on 6808 Coastal HWY. This is the main office where you can pick up keys, parking and other items needed for your stay. Most of our unit are providing E-lock for easy and convenience to the guest. In case by case we may require you to stop by the office to provide the Drivers License as proof of the person staying in the unit.
All condos are clean before the next arrival guest. Considering the short time between check in and check out guest need to leave the unit in acceptable conditions. The guest need to put clean dishes way, take out the trash from all rooms. Put away clean dishes inside the kitchen cabinets. Take out all sheets , towels and pillow cases and store them in the blue bag provided to them on the arrival. By doing this small tasks we are all keeping the integrity and cleanliness of the unit to create great experience for out guest. Failure to do so will result in additional $500.00 cleaning fee charged to the guest.
Most unit come with a stuck kitchen, pillows, blankets and sheets & towels . You are welcome to bring and any additional items .
Units are clean only one time before your arrival. Is recommended to bring cleaning supply to keep the unit lean during your stay, paper products as well.
