Sunburst 102 is a luxury townhouse located on the ocean block. This three-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom townhome has a furnished balcony overlooking the excitement of downtown Ocean City. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunburst 102 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The warm, yellow living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a cozy armchair, and a flat-screen television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Also off of the living room is a half-bathroom. Next to the dining area is the spacious, fully stocked modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a pyramid bunkbed, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the bottom floor and has a queen bed and a full bathroom. This property comfortably sleeps up to ten people, so bring the whole family!

Amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, garage, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, ceiling fans, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and a dishwasher.

Unfortunately, Shoreline Properties does not allow any Senior Week rentals. We rent to families and responsible groups in which everyone is at least 25.

Can you accept check or money order?

Exactly how far is the beach?

Hello Jesi, Sunburst Townhouse 102 provide all pillows and bedcover. You can purchase the linen package for a fee. The linen package is delivered at the townhouse door on your arrival date, and include all sheets for the bedding and set of towels for as many people sleeping in the unit. 1600 Sunburst 102 only rents Saturday to Saturday.

1600 Sunburst #102 - Hello There! 3 older couples just getting away for a few days. We are looking at Friday 3/13 to Sunday 3/15. Do we need sheets blankets or just towels? Also can we check out later than 10am?

Linens (sheets, towels, and pillow cases) are not provided. You can either bring your own or rent the linen package. Shoreline Properties asks that you are at least out of the property by 10am, even if it takes you a little longer to return the keys to our office.

Does this rental come with a grill?

1600 Sunburst 102 and all of our properties do not come with grills. Per an Ocean City Ordinance, tenants are not permitted to grill on rental properties.
