It's an easy ? block stroll to the beach from this mid-town ocean block unit which puts you in the middle of the vacation action. Nice shaded balcony when youï¿½re not enjoying the central air. Sheltered/designated parking for 2 cars under the building. Outside shower. Great bayside dining nearby along with mini golf, and water sports. Convenient location between the Performing Arts Center and the Ocean City Center for the Arts.

Comfortable

The location was great, an easy walk to the beach. The under roof parking was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, the unit was clean.

Cozy and close to the beach.

This property was a good location, very close to the beach (1/2 block). The balcony provided a view both east and west, could see the distant ocean, but not the sand. Very nice to have decent cookware, adequate dishes, etc. It was acceptably clean. The bedrooms are small, but then, didn't spend time in there except to sleep. Nice open kitchen family room. Nice to have parking for two vehicles under the building out of the sun. Close to tennis, stores.

Were willing to come back the following summer. The lovely property had everything you could possible need, very spotless and well organized. The check-in process went smoothly, and I was able to obtain all of the information necessary.

Hello Joanne, 58 East 204 condo does not have access to a pool. This condo is just steps to the ocean.
