What a view! Look for the Assateague ponies or dream about your new yacht from the private balcony or from your unit which features central AC. Get even closer to the water in the bayside pool and then take the elevator to your unit to enjoy the view. Parking for 2 car. The heart of downtown Ocean City is within a short walking distance. Whether it is the excitement of the boardwalk, the view from the inlet, the history of Ocean City preserved in the old Coast Guard Station museum, fishing or enjoying the free concerts at nearby Sunset Park, it is all so close.

Best rental at Assateugue House
This is the best rental at Assateague House. Beautiful large kitchen and great open living area. Very close to the best restaurants in OC. just two short blocks to the boardwalk. Awesome working with Lori. Don’t mud this great place. Beautiful view of the bay. CG

Great holiday
Perfect location, very nice clean and updated condo, refreshing pool very nice extra. Great stock of dishes/pans/blender in kitchen. Apiances were very updated. Washer dryer very nice to have to us in unit. Was concerned paying by check but owner was super easy and friendly to work with for booking and she made everything easy even when we were late getting in town. Place is great for families. Lots of space. 2 bathrooms was a savior for family of 6

Awesome place to stay
My family had a great weeks stay in this unit. We absolutely love the location and being so close to the boardwalk and beach. The unit is very clean and spacious. Perfect views! We would definitely stay here again! Can’t wait to come back!

Best time
My five friends and I stayed here for a week and had the best time!! The view was amazing with enough seats for all of us on the balcony. The fully stocked kitchen was key to not having to go out for dinner every night! Everything was so clean and organized. The bedrooms had plenty of space for all of our bags and clothes. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Perfectly located condo
This condo was so great for us, it's located close to all the boardwalk action and there's a beautiful pool ON THE BAY with stunning views (especially at sunset). The condo itself is spacious, bright and updated. Having coffee on the deck in the morning looking out at the bay was the perfect way to start the day. Walking distance to literally anything you would need or want (restaurants, shopping, drinks, groceries) not to mention the beach and boardwalk! Lori is a pleasure to deal with and always has the best suggestions for local hidden gems! We will be back again for sure!
