This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Balmoral 117A is one of Ocean City's coziest vacation rentals. This condo is built for easy relaxation, seated across the street from a mini park. The living room is furnished with a pea green couch, leather recliner, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding balcony doors bathe the space in natural light. Right beside the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The second bedroom has queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and flat-screen TV, perfect for kids. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Laid Back & Cozy

Great location in a friendly community. Walking distance to restaurants, "spirit shops", & fun activities. Just a short drive up Coastal highway to the boardwalk. This unit is nice & cozy. It accommodated my family of 6 very comfortably.

Excellent location with a beautiful house.

We did not want to eat out a lot so we cooked some meals. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook with and the appliances worked well. I also did laundry and the washer and dryer worked great. My son loved the bunk beds. There is cable with on-demand in every room. The decor completed the beach experience. Loved it. Beds were very comfortable. We used the pool, very nice. The beach is walking distance, very convenient location. Highly recommend and will be back.
