This stylish quaint condo with an ocean view from the balcony is decorated in warm tones classic furniture and has a newly renovated kitchen. Gather in the living room for a family movie night or head down to the outdoor pool and go for a swim. The living room has a queen sleep sofa and a daybed with trundle. The bedroom has a king size bed. This unit has a sleep capacity of six people.

An uptown ocean block location featuring 2 multi-story buildings with the outdoor pool situated between them. Each central air unit has a view of the pool from the balcony. Convenient to all the OC fun of the beach, shopping, Northside Park, the movies, and restaurants. Elevator and one car assigned parking provided with plenty of street parking available.

Nice beach getaway in quiet part of OC- great view

Quiet building with a nice pool. It also has a great view of Sunrise and Sunset, since it is a top floor, end unit. If you like the more relaxed part if O.C. this is the place. Plus, it’s a short walk or a 2 minute drive away to get to tax free shopping in Fenwick. Some great local restaurants are also close by.

Great location !

Great location ! Small but comfortable. Included linens and towels and lots of pillows. Included 2 beach chairs and an umrella which we would not have brought if we had know they were included, Thank you so much.
