This three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome has two furnished balconies overlooking a serene, family-friendly neighborhood with a glimpse of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Coral Grand 1 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The exciting, tropical-themed living room is furnished with a comfy couch, a red arm chair, another stylish chair, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The first bathroom is located near the entryway. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a television. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The third bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Perfect escape

The location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. The townhouse is roomy and after a day of togetherness, you can dispurse to separate floors for privacy and quiet. The kitchen had all necessary accessories and gadgets. Everything worked as needed. The master bathroom is heaven!

The check-In process went smoothly, I had all the necessary information. The property was exactly how I imagined , cleaned and well organized. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stayed.Were willing to come back the follwoing summer.

Coral Grand 1 only rents for full weeks during the summer season.

Is there beach equipment included in the rental like beach chairs/umbrellas, or a cart to haul things to the beach?

Coral Grand 1 does not include beach equipment. However, you can usually rent beach chairs and umbrellas right on the beach.
