Dune House 14 is a homey, beachfront townhouse. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom town home has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Dune House 14 is one of Ocean City's most popular vacation rentals.
The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy couch, a matching chair, a deep blue arm chair, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the newly-remodeled, fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Also on this floor is the first bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a personal television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!
Amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, two TVs, one DVD player, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

Erin08/11/2017Three generations thoroughly enjoyed this townhouse on the beach. It was a long way from the Boardwalk, but that suited us with little kids, we enjoyed the beach and the Ocean City Park near by. The items are a bit dated, but it was very comfortable and clean. And everything worked. Appreciated having the washer and dryer right there. Would go back again.
