Escape II B-1 is a light, airy condominium located on the ocean block. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a serene, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Escape II B-1 is one of Ocean City's most popular vacation rentals. The bright blue living room is furnished with a comfy, suede couch, two matching arm chairs, a rocking chair, a fireplace, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The glass-paneled doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Also next to the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Off the kitchen is a bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms and other bathrooms. The brightly-colored master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a television. The third bedroom has a pyramid bed and a television. The third bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, free WiFi (from 4/1-10/31), cable TV, ceiling fans, fireplace, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

Great Stay!
Overall pleased with use of website and apartment. Apartment was adequately equipped with kitchen pots, pans, utensils, dishware, glasses though listing did not specifically state what it contained. Upon arrival went to use dishwasher and it was stuck in a mode that would not allow it to be turned on. Called rental agency and it was addressed in a few hours while we were grabbing dinner. Furniture was as expected from pictures. Apartment appeared to have been freshly painted with bright cheery colors and switch operated gas fireplace is charming. Parking underneath was 2 spots and adequate. Apartment generally clean

Condo and location really nice. Walk to the beach was a breeze, not too far from the boardwalk. Price was amazing. If I go back to ocean city next year this will be a spot I'll be looking into.

Nice place, great location, perfect for the price. Lots of space and very very close to the beach. Assigned parking spots was clutch! Very easy to do business with property owners also. Hassle free process

Just a shirt drive to the boardwalk and a football field away from beach access i cant complain. The house was clean and the description was right on. I would 100 percent use this house next year and we found it last min through VRBO

During our holiday stay at this gorgeous home, we had a terrific time! It's spotless, well-equipped with everything you could want, and really comfortable for a holiday family stay! The check-In went smoothly and quickly, I had all the information needed. The entire property felt liked home that gives a natural light to bright up the space.

Wonderful experience

This was me and my family’s first time visiting ocean city and we will definitely be back again we loved everything about it and the home was beautiful had the perfect amount of bathrooms and bedrooms thanks for allowing us to stay with you guys

Linens (sheets, towels, and pillow cases) are not provided. You can either bring your own or rent the linen package.

Is there any way to get an additional (third) parking space for parties with 3 vehicles?

Unfortunately, Escape II B-1 only comes with 2 parking spaces. That is all the owner is given. However, there is free street parking on almost every street in Ocean City, MD. Thank you for your inquiry!
