Irene 1503 is a homey beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Irene 1503 is one of Ocean City's most popular vacation rentals.

The living room is furnished with a peach leather couch and a floral chair. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the pristine, fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a personal television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a personal television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

This property was such a win! There was a stocked kitchen, and by that I mean they had a toaster, regular coffee maker, coffee filters, spatulas, plates, bowls, all those little things that really made this trip easy. I was worried it would not have paper towels, or TP, but then the rental company provided those items in the welcome bag, as well as dish soap and dishwasher soap. It was great. The Irene itself is an old, grand building. I liked this place a lot.

You would have to inquire with the Irene, as that depends on their availability. However, Ocean City has free street parking on almost every street. It is first-come, first-serve. There is also a municipal lot on 100th Street.

Hello Deneane, Iren 1503 has two balconies one direct Ocean Front of the living room and a second bayside balcony with a view of the bay, located on the hallway just outside the main door but is a closed and personal balcony to the unit.
