Maresol 308 is a luxury bayside condominium. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a furnished balcony overlooking the picturesque marshes and Assawoman Bay. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Maresol 308 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The brightly-colored living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat, fireplace and flat screen television. The sliding glass doors to the bayside balcony allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the cute, fully stocked kitchen with an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The third bedroom has aqueen bed and a television. The second full size bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Building Description

You will love the view from the Maresol bayside west facing deck which stretches from the master to the living/dining area. The unit features central air, an outdoor pool, outside foot shower, 2 parking spaces and an elevator. Located just south of the Rt. 90 bridge and close to wonderful bay side eateries, mini golf, and lots of water sports. The Ocean City pristine beach is within a few blocks.

Hi, I was wondering since my friends and I who are looking to book this property are only 18. Would we be able to still book this property if we have a parent to sign off?

Answer:

Unfortunately, Shoreline Properties does not allow any underage rentals. We rent to families and responsible groups in which everyone is at least 25.

Can unit be rented for 4-5 days

Hi Cynthia,

Maresol 308 generally rents Saturday-Saturday. However, you may be able to rent 4-5 days if the property is not rented 10 days prior or during the off-season (from after Labor Day to before Memorial Day).
