This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Oceana II 407 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The cozy living room is furnished with a comfy couch, three armchairs, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is an elegant dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, a private bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a double bed, two twin beds, and a television, perfect for kids. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Building Description

Direct ocean front in midtown Ocean City. The east facing balcony gives you the sights and sounds of the beach, sky and ocean. Take a dip in the outdoor pool or head to the beach which is only steps away. Relax in the central air before you head out to experience the town with water sports, boating, fishing or shopping. Excellent dining is everywhere in town. Oceana II offers an elevator, outside shower, outside foot shower and free parking.

There is no ice maker.

I wanted to make you aware that someone is posting this unit on Craigslist and trying to rent it out. They are asking people to send them money through western union. I know that there is nothing that you can do but I just wanted to make you aware! I did not fall for the scam! Thank Goodness! ??

can you tell me when the pool closes for the season?i was thinking on renting last week in September.

Hello John, most of the outdoor pools in Ocean City are open from Memorial Day week-end to Labour Day week-end. This decision is made from the building board. Hope this information is useful. Thank you Shoreline Properties Team.

Does this property have elevators and what floor is this particular room located?

Oceana II has at least one elevator. This condo is on the fourth floor.

Oceana II 407 does not come with linens (sheets, bath towels, or pillow cases). You can either rent the linen package or bring your own.
