This place is unique in every way. If you are looking for a real summer beach house, this beautiful house is exactly what you need! This amazing colonial style home is located on 12th street ocean block and is just a few steps away from the famous Ocean City beach and boardwalk. The Oceanside Getaway is located on the second, third and fourth floors of the building. It is perfect for big families, family reunions or multiple families vacationing together. The home has six spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. The atmosphere of the house is very inviting and relaxing. The living room is very large and has plenty of room for the whole family to gather for a game or a movie night. Take some rest from work and concentrate on your family and friends during your summer vacation. Washer and dryer are provided in the house. Take advantage of a perfect location! You will have worry free parking because you are provided with three parking spaces for standard size cars. This house has several flat roofs, none of them are decks. They are not designed to support people. For your safety, guests should not attempt to stand, sit or climb onto any roof. Walk, jog or bike everywhere in town. Visit numerous little stores on the boardwalk which offer a variety of souvenirs and beautiful handmade jewelry. Take advantage of free beach volleyball nets, fly a kite on the beach and play together as a family.
You are just one block from the boardwalk and beach downtown at the Oceanside Getaway. This spacious, historic home has unit air and a front porch with ocean views. Parking for three standard sized cars and an outside shower. Lots of dining options within walking distance on the boardwalk. Take the boardwalk tram for the view or to enjoy the amusements and shops all the way down to the inlet. There, the Ocean City Lifesaving Museum tells the story of Ocean City`s founding along with celebrating the history of the US Coast Guard.
