Booking with shoreline properties was a breeze and I believe I talked to Cindy to confirm my reservation and go over check instructions. The line was very long to check in at the office but the it moved super quick and we had our keys in hand with a starter bag of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher tabs. The unit has assigned, gated lot parking. The elevator was really quick. There are bellhop carts check in. Some of the unit doors are down small hallways with a little step, so you may not be able to get the dolly down the hallway, but we had no issue carrying the our stuff to the door. The unit was absolutely clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. It was actually ready shortly before check in time but we weren’t quite there yet. The bedroom has a window unit that kept it nice and cool. Two double beds just meant hubby and I could spread out on our own beds. The mattresses are firm, but not uncomfortable. Linens were provided for the beds and the pull out (we didn’t use). The half bath in the bedroom was key for getting ready. The full bathroom has a shower/tub - very low water pressure but not unusual for OC, especially older buildings. It’s a high step in and out. One suggestion would be a bath mat to step out on. You are provided fluffy towels, washcloths, and hand towels - 6 of each. The little kitchen is nice. Fridge stays cold with ice trays in the freezer. Cabinets are equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee cups, The stove looked nice but we didn’t use it. Cute little dining area. The couches were comfy for the few minutes we were inside. The balcony is one of the best places to be with the furniture - a 2 person glider and 2 high Adirondack chairs. We spent most of our time on the balcony or the beach. The unit is within walking distance of CVS, Food Lion, Dunkin, Fractured Prune, Pope’s Pizza, Fast Eddies, and OC Crabcake factory. Are there a few cosmetic upgrades that could be done? Sure. We are yearly visitors to OCMD and have stayed up and down the highway, beachside and bayside and this works just fine for me and my husband. I’ve stayed in older units and super upgraded Units. Other than the water pressure, this place is above average for OC. We barely spent any time inside the unit anyway. I will most definitely rent this unit again next year! The ONLY downside is the Carousel next door. They keep giant floodlights lit until 1:30 in the morning and it really does ruin the aesthetic of being on the beach at night. Nothing the ocean walk can do about that. See you next year! Thank you for the perfect vacation!

I loved it and I am suffering from vacation depression leaving there. Hoping I can go back next year !! We had a blast !!

We had an amazing time with our family vacation trip.The check-In process went smoothly, I had all the necessary information. The property was exactly how I expected , cleaned and well organized. The property was excellent and we enjoyed our stayed.Were willing to come back the upcoming summer.
