Old Wharf 10 is a luxury condominium located on the ocean block. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a cute beach neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Old Wharf 10 is one of Ocean City's most popular vacation rentals.

The wood-paneled living room is furnished with a comfy couch and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. There is also a large chair that folds out for a single bed. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a personal television. The bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to five people, so bring the whole family!

Unit 10 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, one parking space, two TVs (one of them is a Smart TV located in the living room), DVD Player, smart TV with streaming services only, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Building Description

This is a great ocean block location, not far from downtown. Relax on the shady balcony or walk the half block to the beach from your unit with central air. Parking for one car with some shaded spaces under the building. The building also has an outside shower. Celebrated bayside dining and water sports access are both nearby. All the town has to offer is just a short ride away.
