Furnished with fabulous coastal decor, this 2 bedroom condo features free WiFi, outdoor/kiddie pools, and a direct bay view located uptown on the bayside!

Our Place at the Beach 304-B is a homey bayside condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished, enclosed balcony overlooking the gorgeous marshes of Assawoman Bay. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Our Place at the Beach 304-B is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The cozy, warm living room is stylishly furnished with a comfy sectional, an arm chair, a tan chair, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the spacious, fully-stocked kitchen with marble counters and an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a personal television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a pyramid bed (double on the bottom and twin on the top) and a personal television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to seven people, so bring the whole family!

Condo Amenities: central air conditioning, three TVs, two BluRay players, free WiFi, cable TV, ceiling fans, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and a dishwasher.

Hello Kristie, all condos at Our Place @ the Beach complex do not have an elevator. This complex has a great big size outdoor pool and is just steps to the beach. Our Place @ the Beach # 304-B has a great view of the bay and is totally remodeled. Hope this information is useful.
