This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a family-friendly neighborhood with a glimpse of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Royal Sands 202 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The spacious living room is brightly colored, furnished with a comfy, cornered couch and a television. The hardwood floor is sandy feet friendly. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with a wide countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a personal television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two doubles beds and a personal television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, three TVs, one DVD player, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, HBO Channels, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and an outdoor foot shower.

Best time ever

Great location. Beautiful home. Husband and I spent Anniversary weekend here. Best vacation yet! Loved the fact is was just steps from the beach. Was extremely clean and comfortable. Local brewery was amazing. Great food, sunrise and sunsets a must see at this location. We went with the import car weekend. We were far enough of the strip where it was quiet but that weekend was busy for the town.
