Sea Terrace 207 is a rustic wood-paneled, ocean view condominium. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood with a glimpse of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sea Terrace 207 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The rustic living room is furnished with a comfortable blue sofa, a matching love seat, two armchairs and a large flat-screen television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Bridging the gap between the living room and the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with a brand-new oven and a breakfast bar with stools, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom is autumn-toned and has two queen-size beds, a television and a private bathroom. The master bathroom has been recently renovated. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a double bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Amenities: central air conditioning, outdoor pool, racquetball, one parking space (provided at the building with registration fee), three elevators, three TVs, free WiFi, cable TV, ceiling fans, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower

Building Description

Sea Terrace is a tiered high rise that provides every condo with an oceanside view. The building features many amenities including an exercise room and an outdoor heated pool. The midtown location provides easy access to many of Ocean City's best attractions including Old Pro Mini Golf and several local restaurants. Cash registration fee is due at the building upon arrival and not included in the rental fees. Special Note: Sea Terrace is a Non Smoking Building. Smoking is prohibited in All Common Areas, including the parking lot, pool sun deck and all balconies.

The place was very spacious (two full bedrooms, two full baths and two dining/lounging areas plus both a living room and balcony with a view! Some of the decor was a bit older but some was also new. Regardless, no issue to us. Loved the proximity to the beach and that section of the beach wasn’t nearly as crowded as others we walked past in both directions. Pool was heated and clean. Would have been nice if it was opened past 6 or had some festivities/activities on the spacious deck or around the pool in w evenings.

I have a family of 4 and we really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, had everything we needed, building right on the beach with a pool. It was awesome just walking out to the ocean and being able to run back for drinks or snacks very quickly and easily. Building was clean and quiet. Unit had everything with comfortable beds and furnishings. We loved coffee on the patio enjoying the ocean air.
