Sea Terrace 505 is a bright, oceanfront condominium located in midtown Ocean City, MD. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a lovely ocean view. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sea Terrace 505 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

This oceanfront condo has everything needed for a relaxing vacation at the beach! The living room is furnished with a roomy, sectional sofa with a flat-screen tv for streaming. The living room overlooks the oceanfront balcony, pool, and sandy beaches of Ocean City. The sliding balcony doors bathe the space in natural light. Right off the living room is the fully stocked kitchen with a large island with plenty of room to grab a quick bite to eat. a dining bar. On the other side of the kitchen, you'll find the den with a queen sleep sofa and a flat-screen TV. The first bedroom has a king bed and master bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has mounted flat-screen televisions. This condo comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Condo Amenities: central air conditioning, four TVs, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal and a dishwasher.

Building Amenities: heated outdoor pool, deck tennis, sun deck, security guards, one parking space (provided at the building with registration fee), three elevators, and an outdoor shower.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Sea Terrace is a tiered high rise that provides every condo with an oceanside view. The building features many amenities including an exercise room and an outdoor heated pool. The midtown location provides easy access to many of Ocean Citys best attractions including Old Pro Mini Golf and several local restaurants. Cash registration fee is due at the building upon arrival and not included in the rental fees. Special Note: Sea Terrace is a Non Smoking Building. Smoking is prohibited in all common areas, including the parking lot, pool sun deck and all balconies.

Awesome place
Awesome place! Water pressure in showers was great, the view was fantastic, and the unit was well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay !!

Best time
We stayed at 505 Sea Terrace for a long weekend and had the best time. The layout of the condo was perfect for my family of 4 (2 girls ages 2 and 6), and mother and grandmother. There was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable, as well as a great view of the beach. The balcony is covered and had seats for everyone. It is a very short walk to the beach. There is even a handicap entrance to the beach at the public entrance next to the Sea Terrace. The pool was nicely maintained. There is also an area for corn hole and pickle ball. The location was wonderful, there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely book again :)
