This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Waves 304 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The living room is furnished with two queen sleeper sofas, ceiling fan and a Smart TV that can connect to the Internet. New ceiling fans and recessed lighting. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen with all-new appliances and a wide granite countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size, remote adjustable bed, Smart TV, adjustable speed ceiling fan and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a pyramid bed and a twin bed with an adjustable speed ceiling fan. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to nine people, so bring the whole family!

GREAT VACATION

The condo was very spacious and a close walk to the beach. Everything worked well and was very efficient in the condo. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening and was only short blocks to walk to restaurants and activities like miniature golfing and shopping. We loved the location and our family truly enjoyed our vacation.

Vacation

Our family has been renting this unit for several years. We love the fact it is only steps to the beach. The condo is very spacious, our family of five has a lot of space. The pyramid bunk beds allow us to rent a 2 bedroom rather than a 3 bedroom condo.

Everthing was great , we loved the property! The property had everything you could possible need, very cleaned and well organized. The check-In process went easily,quickly and I had all the necessary information needed. We already made reservation for the following summer.

Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible groups in which everyone is at least 25.

Please make sure no smoking and the bunk bed is full on bottom and twin on top

Waves 304 is a non-smoking unit. The bunk bed has a full on the bottom and a twin on the top.
