Number 3 East King Street, Fenwick Island. King Street and Lewes Street are two of the least crowded beaches due to low density in those two northern most locations. The cottage has been owned by the same family since 1972, where many happy memories originated.
There is a loft area upstairs however be very mindful of the ceiling over the steps. Be especially careful on the way down.. This room is used as a large bedroom with a 1/2 bath.
Lot size is 50 x 150. Lifeguarded beaches.
