Antigua 404 is a beachfront condominium inspired by a high rise in Japan. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a marvelous view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days!

The cool living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, an arm chair, a nest-like chair and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the pristine, fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a love seat, a flat-screen television, a private bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Building Description

Located directly on the ocean, this 14 story mid-town high rise octagon shaped building with central air offers outdoor and kiddie pools, a sauna and 3 elevators. Wind through the dunes to the pristine beach or enjoy the beach or bay view from your balcony. Of course it?s close to shopping and restaurants with Northside Park or the modern library nearby. The summertime registration fee is paid directly at the building. Parking for one car.

This property and building are beautiful. The views from the condo our breathtaking. We loved the simplicity of the open floor plan. The location away from the boardwalk was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!
