Antigua 404 is a beachfront condominium inspired by a high rise in Japan. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a marvelous view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days!

The cool living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, an arm chair, a nest-like chair and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the pristine, fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a love seat, a flat-screen television, a private bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Building Description

Located directly on the ocean, this 14 story mid-town high rise octagon shaped building with central air offers outdoor and kiddie pools, 3 elevators. Wind through the dunes to the pristine beach or enjoy the beach or bay view from your balcony. Of course itï¿½s close to shopping and restaurants with Northside Park or the modern library nearby. The summertime registration fee is paid directly at the building. Parking for one car.

Perfect Relaxing Family Vacation with a view!

This comfortable condo is perfectly located right on the beach with beautiful views to wake up to and enjoy all day! It is conveniently located and easy to drive to all the best OC restaurants, the Boardwalk, and is far enough away from all the touristy crowds, but still close enough to be around the action, if desired! The large balcony overlooks the gorgeous ocean, which is just steps away from the condo! The hosts are friendly and very helpful, and even provide beach essentials like chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the ocean. My family has stayed for the last 3 summers and will continue to make this an annual destination because of how comfortable, well kept, and convenient this condo is! I highly recommend this unit for a perfect family or friends getaway - a home away from home!

This property and building are beautiful. The views from the condo our breathtaking. We loved the simplicity of the open floor plan. The location away from the boardwalk was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!
