Overall, this is a very nice condo. I would stay here again; however, I have a few suggestions. We've stayed at Broad Marsh several times in different condos and we've always had pool access. This one does not have pool access. Even though this listing may not specifically list that it has a pool, I feel like that should be mentioned in the description since most of the homes in this development do. Also, there are 30+ stairs to get into the living area. We had 4 seniors in our group, so even though there were able to get up and down, it was a little bit of a struggle. That may be helpful to mention in the post.
