This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Golden Beach 302 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. Located in the excitement of downtown, this bright and spacious condo is walking distance to many of Ocean City's most popular attractions! It also has everything you need for meals, sleep, and relaxation. Chill on the corduroy couch or head down to the boardwalk deck! The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room features a queen-size sleep sofa and a flat screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow natural light to brighten the space. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Condo Amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, two TVs, two Blu Ray/DVD players, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and a dishwasher.

Building Description

Golden Beach is a six-story condo building located directly on the boardwalk. This oceanfront condo is right near the Inlet, Trimper's Amusement Park, and Jolly Roger Amusement Park. Golden Beach has immaculate views and two-car parking for each unit.

We had a great time. House was stocked with everything you can think of as far as kitchen needs. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. ? Overall very satisfied!

Great Place!

We had a great time on the beach with Shoreline Properties. The space was as described, and unlike other places we've stayed it had plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, cups, flatware, cooking supplies, etc). None of that 4 person set nonsense! And the view is unparalleled.

Property was conveniently located on the boardwalk so everything was so close it was walking distance and we never used our car but to arrive and depart. Beautiful and very clean property. Until next year this time. 100 star rating. Thumbs up!

Everyone was really friendly and accommodating. I had all of the tools I needed, the property was clean and the view was beautiful. During the check-ins went well and promptly. The property was exactly what I expected, and I am excited to return next year. My family and I are willing to come back the next year.

The property gives natural light to bright up the space, very lovely location. The property was ideal for my family and myself to spend our family holiday visit. It's cleaned, well-equipped with everything you could every want and really comfortable place to enjoy your vacation. During the check-In it went simply and quickly, I obtain all the information needed.

September Girls

It was a BFF girls weekend. We loved our stay . Check in and out went smoothly. The sunrises over the beach what was not to Love. Golden Beach 302 was clean and not cluttered but well supplied for all our needs. We will see you again next year in September we saved our spot. Thanks, BFF girls 34th year of OC fun

This unit looks very nice but there is only one sofa for seating in the living room. Is this all that there is? Seating is not adequate for a small family and not so much for only two. Hello! I would like to stay in Ocean City from June 1st-June 8th. This space would be perfect! There will be 5 people attending. We are not 25, but we are all at least 18 years old. If the person who rents this is over 25, do they have to be there when we check in?
