Golden Sands 1814 is a modern remodeled ocean font condominium. This three-bedroom, three full bathrooms beautifully furnished condo has two furnished balconies one oceanfront and one bayfront with a spectacular view of the ocean and sunset in the evening.

The spacious oceanfront living room has a flat screen tv and a sofa and love seat for viewing the ocean or the wall mounted flat screen tv. Adjoining the living dining area is the remodeled kitchen with an attached granite top breakfast bar. The ocean front master bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen television and access to the balcony, and of course a master bath. The second bedroom has two full beds that has and wall-mounted flat-screen television and an attached bayside balcony with sliding doors. The third bedroom has a queen bed with another flat screen tv. The full bathroom is located in the hallway, in total 3 full baths. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, or ten if using the sleep sofa for small kids, so bring the whole family!

Building amenities included a unique Ocean City experience with its own personal strip of shops along the first floor of the building. There are also several game courts outside, including tennis and shuffleboard. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a sun deck and an outdoor bar. There is a game room filled with arcade games of all kinds. Or make time for a workout in the fully equipped gym. There is also an outside foot shower to rinse sand off. There is parking for one car on the building lot extra parking can be obtained at the city parking lot on 100th street on the bayside for a fee. There is also a registration fee paid at the building paid upon check-in in the lobby area of the building.
