Irene 1602 is a homey beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Irene 1602 is one of Ocean City's most popular vacation rentals. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, 2 chairs and an ottoman. The sofa also offers a queen sleeper for extra guests. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the pristine, fully stocked kitchen with a wide countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size beds with Pyramid BB and a TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Welcome to Irene building, a high rise. Each condo has an ocean front balcony and a bay side balcony to enjoy the sunset. Walk into the luxuries lobby that has a check in office and security guard. Sun deck located just behind the dune with the outside shower and outside foot shower nearby. Two elevators and one car parking. Security guard on duty. Building registration fee. Gold Coast Mall and Fox White Marlin Theatres just across the street. Marvelous restaurants and fun outdoor water activities all over town. In construction Outdoor Pool due to open Memorial day week-end of 2026.

Great condo!
This overall was a great property. Plenty of room and balcony on both the bay and ocean front. There are very limited cleaning supplies, bring hand soap, dish soap.

Relaxing stay
Had everything we needed to accommodate us, we thoroughly enjoyed it, great view of the ocean, needs a few updates like carpet, electrical outlets and switches but could recommend, great stay overall. J. J. M.

Apartment was clean with a nice ocean view. There is a lot of renovation work going on in the building but it didn’t affect us too much. Had to pay $40 for parking which wasn’t aware of, considering had already paid double the rental price in “fees” to the agency. Personally prefer going with private owners. But overall an enjoyable stay!

Wonderful Views!
This was everything that I had expected! Clean and quiet! The only thing that I would like to tell the next renter is that there is a $40 fee per car that must be paid when you check in at the condo. This wasn’t something I budgeted for.
