Irene 705 is a modern beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Irene 705 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy couch, cozy chairs, a recliner, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with a wide countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin daybed and trundle. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Condo Amenities: central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and a dishwasher
Building Amenities: sun deck, one parking space (provided at the building with registration fee), two elevators, and an outdoor foot shower, also a newly renovated Exercise/Game Room.

Welcome to Irene building, a high rise. Each condo has an ocean front balcony and a bay side balcony to enjoy the sunset. Walk into the luxuries lobby that has a check in office and security guard. Sun deck located just behind the dune with the outside shower and outside foot shower nearby. Two elevators and one car parking. Security guard on duty. Building registration fee. Gold Coast Mall and Fox White Marlin Theatres just across the street. Marvelous restaurants and fun outdoor water activities all over town. In construction Outdoor Pool due to open Memorial day week-end of 2026.

Great location, very short walk to the beach; close drive to boardwalk and restaurants. Clean property - description didn’t mention all of the amenities in the condo itself; they do have games and many kitchen items. We were told to bring our own paper products but Shoreline did give us tp, paper towels and dishwasher tabs. Also I believe they did have beach chairs in the front patio area (we brought our own). Overall beautiful place and awesome location!!! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place in a perfect location
This was a wonderful beach trip with my father and all his children(my siblings) and our boys. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We actually brought more supplies than we needed to as the condo had everything you could possibly need Very close to the bus stop and couple steps from the beach. Perfect for elderly with health problems.

Nice condo in a relaxed location
The condo itself was exactly as advertised, clean, and well outfitted. The building was dated, but acceptable. It was a good location- walking distance to stores and the beach was not very crowded.

Great Place, Great View.
Great time, great view, great place. No issues, the only reason I rated the checkin process a slight bit lower is because of the time the office closed. They do have ways around it but the unit is Key Locked, not a card or code - it was a little bit of a pain having to carry a key around. We were spending most days on the beach and wouldn't have needed to take anything with us if we didn't have the key. Just a minor annoyance... Nothing that ruined the trip by any means. Would definitely stay again.

Irene was awesome
It has been a few years since we have been to OC. Irene has beachfront balconies and check in was super easy. We enjoyed our week there.

Awesome condo
condo was really nice,Ocean front with a big balcony.I brought our family(my 2 sons and their gfs. we had a fun time . Best stocked kitchen by far Only negative thing i have to say would be nice if we didn’t have to buy your towels and sheets and they add on insurance fee also Im 62 yrs old,we would never break anyrhing in this awesome place,and if we did id surely pay for it Highly recommended Condo

Great location
Great location. Has two balconies. One over looks ocean, one you can see the bay. Very clean. Plenty of room. Only thing missing was outdoor pool. But overall everything was great.

Perfect getaway
We rented this property for a 4 day family getaway. The location was perfect. Right on the beach and about 1/2 mile away from Food Lion and any other store we needed to run to for snacks or meals. When we weren't enjoying the beach, the whole family loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves break on teh beach right below us.
