Ocean Hideaway 301 is a luxury beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean.

The bright, homey living room is furnished with two comfy, floral couches, a pink arm chair, and a television. The larger couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide, wood-finished counter top. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Unit 301 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, one parking space, two elevators, three TVs, one DVD player, one VCR, free WiFi, cable TV, ceiling fans, heat, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

Old building and condo that has seen a lot of love

I stayed here with my son and two of his friends (16 y.o.). It was the perfect location for allowing them the freedom they needed all while keeping a watchful eye on them. :o) The space of the unit was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. The overall state of appliances and utensils were definitely dated, but usable. :o) The balcony was spacious and lovely to sit on each evening listening to the sound of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful time with the understanding the condo was the place where we keep our stuff and get cleaned up. For us, it was about the location and staying outside as much of the day as possible. We are thankful it was another successful beach vacation.

The home was really pleasant, well-kept, and well-equipped with all of the necessities. The lovely modern house was really beautiful. We provided all of the necessary information during the check-in process, which proceeded quickly. We're hoping to return this summer.

Ocean Hideaway 201 won't be available for 2020 rentals until November/December 2019 at the earliest.

Hello, are linens for all three beds and also towels included with the price? Also, what is your payment policy? Thank you!

Answer:

Linens (sheets, towels, and pillow cases) are not provided. You can either bring your own or rent the linen package. You pay half the rental amount up front and the remaining amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
