Ocean Place 514 is a two-bedroom, two bath condo is located right next to Fenwick Island Delaware and is within walking distance to the Fenwick Island amenities of mini golf, restaurants, Thunder Lagoon waterpark, and takeout food locations. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a flatscreen TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The perfect size for a family up to six people. Spectacular views of the ocean and comfortable coastal-style furnishings will give you an ideal vacation spot.

Condo Amenities: free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, streaming TV, full size washer & dryer, and dishwasher
Building Amenities: two elevators, outdoor pool, and outside shower

This is a great location in Ocean City. the unit was clean and easily accessible; convenient to walk for mini-golf, ice cream, and more! The accommodations were comfortable with easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Great location. “Steps away from the beach”Is an accurate description. Lots of windows and fresh air in the place. Having two bathrooms to go with the two bedrooms and sofa bed was a great feature. Lots of towels and linens were available. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the condo could use a cosmetic facelift, such as newer appliances in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. Other than that, everything was pretty perfect.

Ocean Place has always been a place that we have loved to stay. Our accommodations were very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Within walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, shops, etc. Would love to stay here again.

Great place for a family

We loved our stay at your unit. Quite end of town and closer to Fenwick. Enjoy my morning coffe on the balcony, looking at the ocean. We wil lbe back again.
