Spinnaker 33 is located midtown in a low-rise condominium. It is a 1,045 sq ft oceanfront unit that offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a large private 144 sq ft double-wide balcony. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people and is the perfect place for a great beach vacation.

Two sliding balcony glass doors offer plenty of natural light with a direct ocean view from both the main room and master bedroom. The main room is furnished with calming blues and soft wood tones. The furniture faces a ROKU television, and a telescope sits at the back of the room so you can take a closer look at the sea and stars.

Right off the main room is the dining table for a family of six. Next to the dining area is a fully stocked kitchen with a wide granite counter, perfect for conversations or sneaking a quick bite. Down the hall from the kitchen is a bathroom and the first bedroom, furnished with a double-size bed, bunk beds, and a streaming TV. The second bedroom (Master) is just off the living room and is furnished with a queen bed, a twin bed, a streaming TV, a private bathroom, an ocean view, and direct access to the balcony. The balcony includes tables and chairs for casual al fresco dining.

Condo Amenities: private enclosed balcony, central air conditioning, one reserved parking space, free Wi-Fi, three TVs, full-size washer and dryer, ice maker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, disposal, stove, dishwasher, vacuums, and keyless entry.

Building Amenities: elevator, outside shower/foot shower, and same-floor trash chute.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.
